There’s something incredibly peaceful about morning walks by the water. The way the light dances on the surface, the stillness, the quiet—it reminds me that each day is a new chance to begin again.

Recently, my daily routine has shifted to better match the woman I am becoming. I’ve been working hard to shape a version of myself that is not only stronger, but more gentle with her needs. And one of the biggest shifts has been how I care for my health—especially my physical health.

For years, food was my comfort. It was how I showed love, how I connected with others, how I coped when life got too heavy. In many ways, food felt like a friend. But as much as it gave me warmth, it also became something that held me back.

The truth is, the little things do matter. They add up quietly, and before I knew it, those late-night cravings and oversized portions began to show. The weight I had worked so hard to lose five years ago slowly returned. And along with it came old habits, old thoughts, and a version of myself I no longer wanted to carry.

But here’s the beautiful part: change is always possible.

Today, I’m proud to say I’ve released 25 pounds—not just from my body, but from my mind and spirit too. This transformation hasn’t just been about numbers on a scale. It’s been about learning to love myself in new ways, letting go of guilt, and finding strength in small, everyday choices.

I’ll be sharing more soon about what helped me make these changes—not just the tools, but the mindset shifts and quiet moments that brought me here.

To anyone reading who feels stuck or weighed down, I want you to know: you’re not alone. And you can start again, right where you are.

It’s incredibly incredible story “How to realize your errors and try to alter your bad habits to great!!” Not everyone can get this and push through the great results)) however if you started modifying your life and habits for the better, push on doing it with no interruptions! I believe in you and your strength ! The Lord will be assisting you on your path🙏
